C&B – Admin Supervisor

Primary:


  • Responsible for ongoing updates on Human Resource Information System for staff changes, including new hires, terminations, domestic transfers, leave of absences, etc.;
  • Provide solution to queries on all employee records
  • Prepare and forward employee statistics report to the CHRO

Secondary:

  • Liaise with the various sub-functions within HR on new employees, and movement of employees within the organization
  • Analyzes costs and competitive trends in compensation and benefits programs and identifies the organization's position
  • Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve the HR admin services level
  • Prepare and renew all employee contract

  • Manage HRIS
  • Provide ad hoc reports on a statistical analysis of compensation and benefits data.
  • Manage, prepare and Control staffs' payrolls
  • Preparing tax and SSO list and payment
  • Process attendance and overtime records for all TAPSI employees

-8 years of work experience, minimum of 3 years in remuneration at a senior level
