توضیحات موقعیت شغلی

-Calculate the variable pay for employees (bonuses, incentives)

-Execute monthly payroll administration accurately and on time

-Evaluate job positions, determining classification and salary

-Preparing and managing personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations

-Preparing personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings, and deductions for calculating salaries

-Responsible for employee queries on C&B issues

-Coordinating administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and pay-slips

-Checking the status of personnel loans and Other perks in HR

-General HR administration and team projects as assigned within the stated guidelines and timeframes

-Administer employee insurance, working with insurance brokers and plan carriers

نیازمندی های موقعیت شغلی

-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or a related field

-Having good knowledge in compensation & benefit activities

-Must have attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work under constant deadlines

-Being responsible and committed

-Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues

-Excellent Analytical Skills, Strong Presentation Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Excellent Data Management Skills

-Fluent in English
